The 24 Hour Gym of Budd Lake is a great gym for beginners and the
fitness savvy alike!
We welcome adults of all ages
and fitness levels. We are also totally wheelchair accessible!
We offer a level of support to all of our members that you won't find at the larger, franchise
type gyms.
We don't have a traditional front
desk situation, so our staff is out on the floor with the members, making themselves accessible to everyone.
We make sure every member gets off to a good start by offering
a complimentary walk-through from one of our expert, personal trainers.
Our staff is friendly and committed to helping you achieve your goals
whether they be big or small.
Every member matters, so we do our best to provide them with the service they deserve.
Safety is of the utmost importance in a health club and we have gone above
and beyond to make our members and staff as safe as possible. Most importantly, because we are a 24 hour facility and we do
not staff over night; we have equipped our gym with state of the art, top of the line security equipment. The facility is
monitored off-site 24 hours a day as well. The facility is key tag activated so only members are allowed access during
un-staffed hours.The parking-lot is well lit, and a short distance from the front door. We provide "panic buttons"
in the unlikely event of an emergency. We have made available to members and staff a very easy to use Defibrillator as well
as AED and CPR skill cards. There is also a fully stocked first aid kit available to everyone. Our staff are AED and
CPR certified. And all members are given our Gym Safety Brochure when they join.
We
keep our gym clean and sanitary and provide members with the products necessary to wipe down equipment before and after
use as well as sanitize their hands.
Cleanliness
is an attitudinal norm in our club and we are very proud of it.
We provide an atmosphere unlike any other gym. This is not a
"meat market" gym. Everyone is made to feel comfortable and excepted. Our members are able to focus on getting fit
and staying healthy in a fun, productive club.
Being
a privately owned facility ensures exclusivity and helps us provide personal attention to all of our members.
